Case 1909  21.9.17  (H. Diwan)  F 64 metastatic renal carcinoma  Biopsy from hand 

Gross hyperkeratosis; acanthosis; isolated apoptotic keratinocytes; syringo-squamous metaplasia. 

Induced by pazopanib (for renal ca).  “Hand-foot” syndrome.
