Case 2893  9.8.21 (M. Abdel-Halim) F 6 erythema and papules around mouth and eyes 

Clinical description suggested this diagnosis – also called Facial Afro-Caribbean Childhood Eruption (FACE).  Histology showed confirmatory granulomatous inflammation similar to granulomatous rosacea in adults.
