Case 2137  17.8.18  (R. Carr)  M 85 scalp “papule”. 

No tumour.  Effaced epidermis with scarred dermis with loss of hair follicles.  Small thrombosed arteriole shows cholesterol clefts.  Suggested there may have been a regressed tumour.
