Case 1066 24.7.14 (H. Diwan) M 26 forearm

Epithelioid and pleomorphic neoplasm showing biphasic pattern with haemorrhage. Cytotrophoblast with clear cytoplasm and vesicular round nucleus; syncytiotrophoblast with dense cytoplasm and hyperchromatic nuclei. This is the rarest of the non-seminomatous germ cell tumours of the testis. Poor prognosis.
