Case 1529 4.5.16 (H. Diwan) F 6 days old. Ulcer, arm

Ulcerated lesion containing lymphocytes, histiocytes and eosinophils. Some thought cells looked Langerhans’ type, but not obvious to me. This is a benign self-healing variant of LCH with skin involvement only. Presents at birth or in neonatal period.
