Case 2823 3.5.21 (Mona Abdel-Halim) Multiple necrotizing plaques and ulcers with black eschars over both ears, elbows, dorsa of hands, buttocks, knees, and legs. Lesions were progressively developing over the last 6 months. History taking revealed also marked weight loss, bony aches, and arthralgia.
