Case 1201  29.1.15 (H. Diwan)  M 38 foreskin ulcer (only 2 slides visible) 

Rather non-specific ulceration with underlying acute inflammation.  IH +ve for CMV 

Dermnet NZ: classical feature is large intranuclear eosinophilic inclusions which may create “owl’s eye” appearance.
