Case 1595  5.8.16 (M. Singh/R. Carr)  F 20 cyst, arm (Sri Lankan case) 

Looked rather like onchocerciasis, but morphology not quite right.  Longitudinal cuticular ridges, and microfilariae not well formed.  Discussion on life cycle/variants.
