Case 1750 10.2.17  (R. Carr)  M 55 indurated plaque, face 

Gross solar elastosis.  Nodular lymphocytic infiltrate, all the way from epidermis to fat with added neutrophils and eos.  BM thickening on PAS.  No Grenz zone.
