Case 1337 7.8.15 (N. Tiffin/R. Carr) F 60 rash on vancomycin

Interface and lichenoid reaction with lymphocyte exocytosis and necrotic keratinocytes. Eosinophils.

Case 4129 17.11.22 (S. Taibjee) M 8 morbilliform rash with pyrexia

Rather PRP-like acanthosis with parakeratosis, apoptotic cells, spongiosis and eosinophils in infiltrate. Difficult to distinguish this from a viral exanthem. This one triggered by anti-convulsant.
