Case 865  10.10.13  (H. Diwan)  M 21 necrotic areas on ears 

Neutrophilic vasculopathy without fibrinoid vasculitis.  Characteristic of levamisole, which is used as a cutting agent in cocaine abusers. Effect probably enhanced by vasoconstrictive effect of cocaine.
