Uniform, bland basaloid cells with ? ducts. “Ducts” may be due to hydropic degeneration or artefact – always check with IH panel: PASD, EMA, CEA (they don’t always stain with every one). No atypia, mitotic activity or necrosis – thus not porocarcinoma.
