Eccrine poromatosis

There are few reports of the occurrence of multiple lesions, defined as poromatosis, which may present in patients who have undergone radiotherapy and/or polychemotherapy. 

 

Case 4536 17.7.24 9 (S. Baksh) M 42 Multiple papular lesions arms and legs 

Typical poromatous histology. Unusual in that patient had no prior history of chemo- or radiotherapy.
