Case 487  April 2012 (R. Carr)   M 80 rash arm ?eczema ?psoriasis 

Irregular acanthosis and mild spongiosis.  Some random exocytosis but no Pautrier microabscesses.  Intra-epidermal lymphocytes are no larger than those in the dermal infiltrate which is against MF.
