Case 1854 6.7.17 (IH Chaudhry) F 60 recurrent rash lower limb
I had never heard of this entity. Some thought it was a form of Wells’ syndrome, but that doesn’t make sense. Predominantly lymphocytic, fairly tight, perivascular infiltrate with eos scattered away from the vessels. Clinically and histologically nothing like Wells’ syndrome.
