Case 429   Jan 2012  (P. McKee)  F 38 pain and swelling of forearm after excerise 

Focus of fascial necrosis with lymphocytes and a few eos.  Eos are not always all that prominent, despite the name of this condition. 

 

Case 1623  14.9.16 (H. Diwan)  F 62 forearm 

Not very convincing and overexposed.  Septal and locular panniculitis.  One eosinophil visible!
