Case 1411 19.11.15 (A. Bakshi) M 71 necrotic purpuric peripheral lesions, blisters

Granulomatous vasculitis with eosinophils++. ANCA –ve (60% - more prone to cardiac complications) ANCA+ve prone to renal and neurological involvement.
