Case 4201  27.2.23  (M. Abdel-Halim) M 3.5 y  papules nape and behind ears. Scalp swellings, gingival hypertrophy.  Child of consanguineous parents. 

Classical.  Autosomal recessive.  Poorly circumscribed amorphous deposits of hyaline material in dermis.
