Case 1894 31.8.17 (A. Bakshi)  M 55 lump neck.  H/O spindle cell MM nose 

Dense fibrous tumour showing a perivascular myxoid feature.  Feathery spindle cells without pleomorphism.  Betacatenin diffuse nuclear +ve.  Desmin/Melan-A/S100 all -ve 

DD: Nodular fasciitis – RBC extravasation present
