Tumour 0-2 years, esp. boysPoorly circumscribed proliferation of immature spindle cells in organoid pattern with fat and dense fibrocollagenous tissue. 

 

Case 746   25.4.13  (H. Diwan)  M 13 months  multiple arm masses. 

These lesions are usually solitary, multiple is very unusualMature fat interspersed with steaks of cellular fibrous tissueAlso, small nests (spherules) of primitive mesenchymal cells. 

 

Case 1589 28.7.16 (H. Diwan)  M 4 arm 

Mesenchymal spherules not evident, but that can happen when tumour arises after the age of 2.
