Giant cell angiofibroma of the eye

Case 1727  10.1.17 (U. Sundram)  F 45 soft tissue reaction around orbit 

Characteristic site.  Vascular spaces lined with pleomorphic giant cells showing intranuclear inclusions.  Blood vessels have hyalinised walls.
