Case 1145 12.11.14 (H. Diwan)  F 71 axilla (tinea/ps/erythrasma) 

Characteristic combination of hypergranulosis and parakeratosis, acanthosis, papillomatosis and dilated bvs.  Pellagra-like peeling rash – probably irritant, such as benzalkonium.
