Case 2801 1.4.21 (S. Taibjee) M 52 Elbow biopsy. Scaly elbow nodule. Also has leg ulcers.

Palisaded neutrophilic and granulomatous dermatitis. 'Basophilic' 'geographic' palisading granulomas very suggestive of this specific disease. Contrast with more eosinophilic granulomatous geographical areas seen in Churg-Strauss disease.
