Case 1523   26.4.16 (U. Sundram)  M 17 atypical naevus, chest 

Mildly atypical melanocytic changes, but not worrying.  Mild/moderate lymphocytic response, much less than previous examples. 

 

Case 1892   29.8.17  (U. Sundram)  F 34 mole chest wall 

Heavy lichenoid infiltrate with Max-Joseph (Caspary-Joseph) cleft
