Case 732   5.4.13  (R. Carr)  F 68 itchy lesion buttock for 2 years 

Initial impression was of lymphoma/pseudolymphoma.  Herpetic cytopathic effect and acantholysis clue to diagnosis.  Remember pseudolymphoma reaction in herpes (and molluscum occasionally).
