Case 67 Sept 2010 (P. McKee) – good Borst-Jadassohn phenomenon
Case 356 Oct 2011 (P. McKee) F 36 plaque lower leg
Nice Borst-Jadassohn phenomenon. I thought clonal seb wart, but others thought the cells looked “poroid”, rather than the clear nests in clonal seborrhoeic wart. Also ducts were seen elsewhere in the specimen.
DD: clonal Bowen’s – shows atypia. Check with p16 and p53.
Case 868 16.10.13 (H. Diwan) M 40 thigh lesion
Discussion on variants of poroma: epidermal – hidroacanthoma simplex; poroma – dermo-epidermal; dermal duct tumour (Winkelmann-McLeod) dermal variant.
