Case 4071  29.8.22 (M. Abdel-Halim) F 36 brown patches both buttocks 

Iron pigment scattered peri-vascularly and peri-adnexally.  +ve Perl’s stain. 

Caused by iron injections into buttocks for Fe deficient anaemia.
