Case 428   Jan 2012 (P. McKee)  F 87 sub-cut nodule thigh 

Pseudo-sarcoma.  Tends to be over bony pressure points.  Fibrinoid necrosis; vascular proliferation with RBC extravasation; atypical ganglion-like fibroblasts.
