Case 562   3.8.12 (R. Carr)  M 74 neurol problems; ulcer dorsum of foot 

Epidermal and sweat gland necrosis.  Syringometaplasia can be caused by ischaemia, adjacent to ulcers, any form of injury, chemotherapy.
