Case 1496   18.3.16  (R. Carr)  F 74 5 weeks nipple-like growth back of hand 

Uncommon variant lacking central crater and involving numerous follicular units.  Glassy cytoplasm.  Mixed inflamaatory reaction including PMN’s and eos.  Folliclar microabscess.
