Case 1062  18.7.14 (R. Carr – case from Singapore)  F 20 fever, lymphadenopathy, rash 

Lupus-like vacuolar interface dermatitis; histiocytes contain karyorrhectic debris. 

Kikuchi’s disease thought to be self-limiting form of SLE seen mainly SE Asia.
