Case 752 3.5.13 (R. Carr) F 76 bleeding nodule, arm
Looked at first glance like B-cell pattern lymphoma, but there was epidermal involvement on closer inspection. Also its superficial origin was suggested by displacement of the solar elastosis below the expansile tumour mass. Wide range of suggested diagnoses. IH showed the peripheral darker epithelioid shoulders expressing melanA and S100 strongly and were CD10 negative. The central larger pleomorphic epithelioid cells were completely negative for melanA and S100 and strongly diffusely positive for CD10.
