Morphoea and lichen sclerosus

Case 2641  20.8.20 (S. Taibjee) F 28 sclerotic lesion abdo 

Most agreed with morphoea, but, like me, didn’t see the anomalous epidermal atrophy and hyperkeratosis.  S. Taibjee thought there was papillary sclerosis as well but I couldn’t see it.
