Biswanath Behera - Elastosis perforans serpiginosa

Guest Romualdo - Agree: elastosis perforans serpiginosa.

Dr. Mona Abdel-Halim - Yes, EPS.. The neck is the typical site also.

Arti Bakshi - agree with elastosis perforans serpiginosa. The EVG nicely illustrates abnormal elastic igures (clumped and fragmented). Important to rule out any history of penicillamine therapy, which can cause EPS Just to complete the differential, psedoxanthoma elasticum can be perforating. But the site is not typical (usually peri-umbilical) and cant see any calcification.

Dr. Richard Carr - Well done on H&E's!!! Yes I reported that as typical of EPS. Still awaiting follow-up from clinical colleague.
