Late as usual. That's what comes of trying to do too many things at the same time. The storiform pattern was consistent throughout the tumor and there was strong CD34 expression. The diagnosis is DFSP. Many thanks for your participation.

Considered dfsp but with the fasicular pattern would go for fibrosarcomatous change.

I think this is a DFSP. I guess a cellular BFH should also be considered.

Storiform pattern.. I would think in first place in DFSP... a CD34 would help

Well, I have to admit again that I was thinking wrongly. Solitary neuroma is characterized by well developed fasciles separated by loose matrix. This is a spindle cell proliferation with a storiform pattern. The first possibility here is DFSP as my dear colleague Eman said. However, Some neural tumors may show storiform areas such as: atypical cellular perineuroma and Cellular shwannoma (which shows no Verocay bodies or Antoni B areas). I always find spindl cell neoplasms the most difficult neoplasms. It would be great Dr McKee if u covered a wide variety of these neoplasms in this educational web site. Sorry again for the wrong comments, one should never hurry in front of a spindle cell neoplasm!!

I think I made a mistake, This is more a part of a solitary circumscribed neuroma
