Epidermodysplasia verruciformis is the correct diagnosis. I do not see any evidence of Bowenoid change. See you all tomorrow.

The groups of large cells with pale blue gray cytoplasm are characteristic of Epidermodysplasia verruciformis. However I feel that there is also supervening changes of Bowen's disease with dysplastic cells.
