Well done. You are all correct. The diagnosis is DFSP. There is no evidence of fibrosarcomatous change. Cellular fibrous histiocytoma could conceivably enter the differential diagnosis although in the latter condition, CD34 expression is restricted to the edge of the lesion rather than being present throughout.
