Hello everyone! One of the two suggested answers is correct. The question is which one! The lesion was in the mid-line. Will reveal the diagnosis later.

Good morning everybody. Brilliant idea Dr Carr!!! I was puzzled with this section untill I read ur comment. I read about this entity. I think it fits with it. Spindled to epithelioid cells with vesicular nuclei and indistinct borders, collagenous stroma, I think the two slightly basophilic bodies in the right lower corner are psammoma bodies. If this is really meningeothelial heterotropia (cutaneous meningioma), I will be so lucky, never saw it, and I don't think I will see such a rare entity again. Thank u very much Dr McKee for giving us this opportunity. I would like also to thank u for the very valuable self assesment course hosted on dermpedia. Amazing pictures, highly informative and educational, blessed effort. Thank u Sir.

Dear All I can only apologise for the error on the site yesterday. It was a bug on the system that has now been removed. I hope you enjoy this image and make up for the lack of comments yesterday.
