This is a very difficult spot diagnosis. Pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma is in the differential diagnosis because of the intensely eosinophilic strap cell but this is actually a malignant Triton tumor (MPNST with skeletal muscle sifferentiation.

HIGH GRADE MALIGNANT SPINDLE TUMOUR. I FAVOUR A MESENCHYMAL lesion. THERE IS A LONG DIFFERENTIAL THAT REQUIRES CONSIDERATION; HOWEVER I FAVOUR A PLEOMORPHIC RHABDOMYOSARCOMA.

Clear cell tumour with slightly spindle shaped cells and some rather hyperchromatic nuclei. I interpreted the spaces as vessels. Long list of clear cell tumours but I would have AFX and liposarcoma at the top of my list. Leiomyosarcoma to be included and a PEC tumour. I have not entirely ruled out epithelial tumour either! I would need the brown stains.

Very valuable comment Dr Carr, Thank u. I would appreciate if u told us the exact description of squamous morules. Are they just rounded ball like squamoid foci, do they show a special keratinizing pattern, are they the same as squamous eddies??. I remember that u have mentioned in a previous comment that follicular SCC also demonstrates squamous morules.
