CMV it is. It is always important to look carefully for evidence of other disease processes when you see CMV infection which generally occurs in the immunosuppressed. Having checked with the book I can only agree with CMV.Can we see some basophilic inclusions in the endothelial cells of the large blood vessel as well as the intranuclear inclusions elsewhere?
