Sorry for the delayed response! It is a Lipoblastoma. A rare benign tumor of infancy. They are usually highly vascularized with plexiform capillaries, often with an individual feeder artery to each lobule. I hope you enjoyed this case.

I can't find any typical lipoblasts and I did see those small eosinophilic granular cells. Therefore I favor the diagnosis of hibernoma.

Tough at this power, but I favour lipoblastoma, based on the variable lipocyte/lipoblast size, and impression of multivacuolated lipoblasts, as well the impression of crow's foot type vessel in the upper left area. Not sure I'm really seeing the granular cells characteristic for hibernoma, but I see that most others are plumping for that diagnosis so far.

lobulated SC tissue tumor, 3 types of cells, small cells with esinophilic granular cytoplasm, larger multivacuolated cells and the largest cell is a univacuolated cell (mature fat cell like). No myxoid matrix, no spindle shaped mesenchymal cells, no plexiform capillaries. I will consider Hibernoma.
