Hi all, I just got an idea, the muscles in the lower part of the field look like striated muscles of the face (facial expression muscles) This is a further proof that we are in the eyelid like Marcela has said. I believe this is Xanthelasma. Thank u Marcela. I should have linked things together better in the morning!!!

I liked the idea of xanthelasma suggested by Marcela. In the viewing of these cells as foam cells, xanthelasma is a nice idea and I will also like to add the possibility of diffuse plane xanthoma.

Diffuse infiltrate of clear cells, some foamy ones, with small hyperchromatic nuclei and some of them multinucleated. Balloon cell nevus might be a diagnosis. There are two inks in a thin skin maybe around eyelid. Maybe another possibility could be xanthelasma.

I think I am seeing collections of large clear cells scattered in the dermis associated with collagen thickening. Thinking of: DERMATOFIBROMA OF BALLOON CELL TYPE. DDx: Balloon cell nevus, Less likely PEcoma.
