Sorry I am late. It is always difficult to come to a final diagnosis on one single image. Your differential diagnoses were all appropriate. The actual diagnosis was a mixed epithelioid and spindled cell angiosarcoma with intracytoplasmic lumina. Elsewhere the tumor contained vascular lumina with pleomorphic endothelial cells, multilayering and mitotic activity.

I favoured epithelioid haemangioendothelioma given the intracytoplasmic vacuolation in the context of a vascular lesion, but also wondered about KS with the suggestion of inclusions.

Epithelioid cells with intracytoplasmic vacules containing RBCs, eosinophils, lymphocytes. Could be Epithelioid hemangioma (angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinoplilia).

This is a very difficult case. Vascular spaces,? Intracytoplasmic lumina, epithelioid like endothelial cells, extravasated RBCS. My DDX: epithelioid cutaneous angiomatous nodule, epithelioid hemangioendothelioma, epithelioid angiosarcoma. Less likely; bacillary epithelioid angiomatosis or pyogenic granuloma like Kaposi Sarcoma.
