Thank you Saleem and all other contributors. Whilst this is a case of Granuloma Annulare it is important to keep ones differentials open, particularly when a GA-like pattern is described in other conditions. Thank you all for your contributions and hope to hear from you tomorrow.

Looks like most are favouring GA which seems reasonable. I particularly wondered about actinic (O'Brien's) granuloma and atypical facial necrobiosis (many consider these conditions overlap) given the prominence of multinucleate giant cells, the relatively unstriking necrobiosis (in my eyes), suggestion of elastophagocytosis +/- solar elastosis.

Necrobiotic lesion : favour granuloma annulare. Cannot exclude Mycobacterial infection, foriegn body giant reaction or fungal infection. Also few eosinophils, cannot exclude cutaneous schistosomiasis.

Necrobiosis (Collagenolysis) associated with mucin deposition and surrounded with lymphocytes, histiocytes and giant cells. Lymphocytes and histiocytes are also seen perivascularly and interstitially. Granuloma Annulare.
