Dear Dr Carlos: Sorry for the late response.Actually I'm out now. Sting sign means the characteristic straight lower border of the lesion of seborrheic keratosis so as you can draw a line between both ends of the lesion passinng by its centre. I read this comment in the practical Dermatopathology textbook of Rapini.

Stunning image. Very subtle entity. I think the cells look very poroid and would also go for hidroacanthoma simplex.

Well defined nests of morphologically different cells within a hyperkeratotic acanthotic epidermis. This is called Borst Jadassohn phenomenon. This phenomenoa occurs in a variety of conditins such as: clonal seborrheic keratosis, Hidroacanthoma simplex, some cases of epidermal nevi, as well as some cases of Bowen's disease, actinic keratosis and intraepidermal malignant eccrine poroma. In this particular picture I am thinking of either hidroacanthoma simplex or clonal seborrheic keratosis.
