Dear All, I will never forget this picture or the diagnosis of "lymphomatotoid granulomatosis". This case represents an important landmark in my life. It was the first case that I saw in this wounderful website last June (Case 6), when I recieved an email from Dr Saleem Taibjee (which was a forwarded message from Dr mcKee telling us about this exciting spotdiagnosis). Since then I did not miss a case. I have learned a lot during the last 4 months and I am sure I still have too much and will never stop to learn in this lovely field of dermatopathology. Wish u all a nice day!!

Good evening Sir, good evening everyone.. I see an endovascular infiltrate of mononuclear cells in a deep vessel. Lymphocites, perhaps histiocytes, plasmocitoid cells and PMNs. The same infiltrante in the vessel wall. I am not sure but I am thinking in Lymphomatois Granulomatosis.
