You have all done well but all have forgotten the cardinal rule. Clinicopathological correlation. This patient was known to have a renal cell carcinoma. Identical features could be seen in clear cell SCC, clear cell hidradenocarcinoma, clear cell porocarcinoma, trichilemmal carcinoma, clear cell melanoma, PEComa etc if I chose an appropriate filed to photograph.

First possibility metastatic renal cell carcinoma.. consider in the differential diagnosis other clear cell tumors like PEComa

It looks quite similar to a metastatic renal carcinoma. Immunohistochemistry is required for the final diagnosis.
