Well done Richard. Superficial acral fibromyxoma is correct. You are all far too good. I haven't been able to catch you out for weeks. I am going to have to find some more difficult cases!

I get to go first at the triple centuary case!! Assuming I post this quickly. I always struggle with these bland spindle cell lesions but in approximate order of preference: 1. Superficial acral fibromyxoma (CD34+ve cellular digital fibromas are probably overlapping entities. J Cutan Pathol. 2005 Jul;32(6):413-8.) and 2. Perineurioma (EMA+ve)
