After some reading, acral fibrokeratoma is the term that describes this entity and it includes: acquired digital fibrokeratoma, acquired periungual fibrokeratoma, garlic clove fibroma and the subungual and periungual fibromas of tuberous sclerosis. The multiplicity of the lesions and the subungual location will highly suggest tuberous sclerosis as an associated disorder.
