BENIGN CIRCUMSCRIBED DERMAL-BASED MESENCHYMAL NEOPLASM, WITH OVERLYING EPIDERMAL HYPERPLASIA. DDx INCLUDES: (1). DERMATOFIBROMA / BFH - FAVOURED; (2). CUTANEOUS LEIYOMYOMA - WHICH HAS ARISEN IN RELATION TO THE ERECTOR PILI MUSCLE OF THE HAIR FOLLICLE; (3). BPNST - LESS LIKELY. I WOULD NEED IMMUNOHISTOCHEMICAL STAINS TO DIFFERENTIATE.
